And it also contains a multitude of smoothie recipes on top of that they included a daily smoothie planner but the most important thing for me at least was a 3 day detox plan it's optional.

But most people trying this will want to test it out and give it a shot they also include a cheat day for every week.

So if you want to change your diet a little you can do that overall it's a great problem and while it might take a little to get used to dietary changes this drastic it's certainly worth your time.
